Gaardbryg

Gaardbryg from Holstebro is a Danish microbrewery where delicious beer is produced on a farm located in the beautiful countryside around Holstebro.

The farm where the brewery is located used to function as a mink farm. In 2021, the farm was due to take on a new role, and thus Gaardbryg was founded.

The farm theme is evident in much of what happens at Gaardbryg – from the logo, names of Gaardbryg's beers, labels, to the premises where the beautiful old brewing equipment is located. The cozy premises and the historic brewing equipment are a great experience to see and explore.

Gaardbryg is run by the friends Thomas Jeppesen and Martin Vestergård, along with Martin's father, Poul Erik Vestergård. They brew various kinds of beer in 50 cl bottles year-round. Additionally, the brewers themselves conduct tours at Gaardbryg, ending at the farm's old grain loft, which has been converted into a beer tasting room. Tours and beer tastings can be booked via: https://gaardbryg.dk/olevent

For larger groups of 12 people or more, Gaardbryg can be contacted for a tailored event.
