SUP = Stand Up Paddle
Get a super day on the water with family/friends or come alone, meet some cheerful people and go home satisfied and with a good feeling of new energy and balance.
On a SUP-course, we attach great importance to safety, and we take the present ability and, if so, wishes of progress of the participant as a starting point.
SUP is a sport for everyone, in spite of age and gender, but on one condition: That you can swim.
The different courses:
SUP for beginners - 2 hours
If you never before have tried a SUP-board, this is the course to take. The course begins ashore, with Theory about safety, weather, equipment, and standing-positions. Hereafter, we practise balance and how to turn on the water while we take a little trip on the boards.
SUP Tour in Lemvig Harbour - 3 hours
This course is for you who already have a good balance, is sporty and wants to begin fast. Therefore, you don't necessarily need to have tried SUP-surfing before. The course begins with a going over the equipment, weather conditions, balance and standing-techniques.
SUP (Children/Family/Balance Training) - 2 hours
This course is for you who is ready for some challenges. Here is fun, movement, and balance practice - so there is a good chance, you will fall into the water. Children have to be at least 8 years old to take this course.
This is for you who wants to learn as much as possible as fast as possible.
In the course prise is: SUP-equipment, wetsuit, and safety west.
The participant have to bring: swimwear, towel, sunglasses, sunscreen, water bottle ... and of course a cheerful mood!
